1. What is the Floral + Event Design Experience?
This is a hands-on, two-day immersive workshop curated by TyRon Wells of Wells Design Co. It’s designed for creatives who want to elevate their floral design skills, master event aesthetics, and gain behind-the-scenes knowledge of the luxury event industry.
2. Who is this workshop for?
Whether you’re a budding florist, seasoned designer, planner, or creative entrepreneur—this experience is for anyone looking to refine their design eye, grow their business, and work with intention.
3. What will I learn?
You’ll learn floral mechanics, design principles, color theory, tablescape styling, pricing strategies, sourcing tips, and how to design for real clients.
4. Will I get hands-on design time?
Absolutely! This is not a lecture-style workshop. You’ll work directly with flowers, design installations, and receive one-on-one feedback and guidance throughout the process.
5. Is business or branding covered?
Yes! TyRon shares insights into client experience, branding, pricing for profit, and how to build a business with integrity and creativity.
6. How many Planners/designers will be in attendance?
We intentionally keep the experience intimate usually between 10 to 15 attendees to allow for deeper learning, connection, and individual attention.
7.What’s included in the investment?
Your fee includes all florals, tools, design materials, printed resources, styled shoot access, meals during the workshop, and professional imagery. Travel and lodging are not included.
8. how to reserve my spot?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space in the workshop. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. Due to the intimate nature of this experience and limited availability, we recommend securing your spot early.
9. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! A payment plan option is available to help make your investment more manageable. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your seat. While the deposit cannot be transferred to another date or event, it can be transferred to another individual who wishes to attend the October Floral + Event Design Experience. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the workshop.
Cancellation Policy
All payments made toward the Wells Design Co. Floral + Event Design Experience are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes the initial deposit as well as any remaining balance.
Due to the intimate nature of this experience and the advance preparation required, we are unable to offer refunds or transfer payments to future events, regardless of circumstances. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance or making arrangements that allow for flexibility should an emergency arise.
