The Parlor at Wells offers approximately 1,200 square feet of flexible event space in Memphis, thoughtfully designed for intimate gatherings and creative experiences. Perfect for baby showers, private dinners, branding shoots, and workshops, this inviting venue includes:

Now accepting bookings for 2025 and 2026

1. What is the maximum capacity of The Parlor at Wells?
The Parlor can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests (SEATED) for intimate events and gatherings.

2. How long is the rental period?
Your rental includes exclusive use of the space for up to 8 hours, including setup and breakdown.

3. What is included in the rental fee?
The base rental includes access to the venue, tables, chairs, and standard linens. Design and floral services are available at an additional cost and are exclusively provided by Wells Design Co.

4. Can I bring my own vendors?
Catering, licensed bartenders, and entertainment may be brought in with prior approval. However, all floral and decor must be provided by Wells Design Co. Bartenders must be selected from our preferred list or approved 30 days in advance with a $150 handling fee.

5. Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable $250 security deposit is due with your booking. It will be returned after your event if no damages occur and cleanup requirements are met.

6. Do I need event insurance?
Yes. All outside vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to the event date.

7. How do I secure my date?
A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed rental agreement are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

8. Can I tour the space before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage tours so you can see the space in person. Tours are by appointment only.

9. Are there any design restrictions?
Yes. To maintain the integrity and brand of The Parlor, all event styling, floral installations, and décor must be designed and executed by Wells Design Co.

Need to Know

Monday–Thursday: $175 per hour (5-hour minimum)

Friday–Sunday: Base rental starting at $1500 (8 hour rental)

Security Deposit: $250
